At a job information session, he heard that "the company has a relaxed and open culture, and while we currently handle imported products, we will also do overseas business with a global perspective in the future..." and he became interested in Motobayashi. After joining the company, he became a planner in the uniform business department, starting from an assistant, and learned about manufacturing from the basics. After that, he became a salesperson and realized that his experience as a planner would be a "weapon" in sales.

She started making accessories as a hobby when she was a university student, and sold them at markets. Her desire to work in a manufacturing industry after graduation was what led her to join Motobayashi. After joining the company, she was involved in a variety of tasks, including sales administration, development, and planning and sales, and her strong sense of curiosity paid off, allowing her to cultivate versatile knowledge and experience. She continues to make accessories as a side job. Her dream is to "make everyone happy like Anpanman" through her work. She naturally pursues what she loves, both at work and in her private life.

After graduating from university, he worked in sales and production management for a food manufacturer, then in production management (trade and purchasing) for a shoe manufacturer, before joining Motobayashi's trade department. He is in charge of trade operations, such as arranging and negotiating with various companies, to ensure that products shipped from overseas are delivered smoothly to domestic warehouses. His job gives him more opportunities to interact with overseas business partners, and his current hobby is traveling in Asia, which was sparked by his work.

Hoping to learn how to make original design smoking accessories, he joined the company as a part-timer. He gained experience as a salesperson in the sales area selling in-house and purchased smoking accessories, and was also involved in the production of original lighters. He was then transferred to the Briquet department, where he is involved in the operation and promotion of the cafe business, mainly at "Smoker's Cafe Briquet." His hobby is walking, and on his days off he sometimes walks more than 1km a day.
