Our sustainable initiatives have been featured on the Japan Ham Association website.

Motobayashi has been researching themes of environment, society, human resources, and business organization in order to practice sustainable management.
We have identified five material issues.

Going forward, we will work on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and sustainable corporate growth for each of our material issues. We will also disclose our approach to each issue at the end of the fiscal year.
